Mr. Medaska is currently Instructional Design and Technology Specialist, on the Rutgers Newark Campus. He is also President of Public Domain Films, LLC, a multimedia production company based in the North Jersey, New York area. Mr. Medaska had previously been associated with Fairleigh Dickinson University for over 20 years. He has worked with and or for: The Center for Academic Services, Educational Opportunity Fund, The Regional Center, and Continuing Education. Mr. Medaska has been the recipient of numerous awards including: Outstanding Faculty twice, N.J. EOF champion, and induction into the honors society. He is also Blackboard Certified in Teaching and Learning Online, Blackboard Course Delivery GUI Administrator, and Community Engagement GUI Administrator certified, all directly though Blackboard. He is also MOS certified, as well as VoiceThread certified, and has QM certificate and training. He is experienced with Blackboard tools including: Softchalk, Software Secure, Respondus, Respondus LockDown Browser, Blackboard Collaborate, Starfish, and Adobe Articulate.

Mr. Medaska has worked in the multimedia production field for over 10 years. He has help to create Television Commercials, DVD materials, and Web Video for a variety of clientele. His company Public Domain Films and affiliate, Skyline Media Solutions, has worked for and created video for many well-known companies: Time Warner Cable, Court TV, Manhattan Cable, Comcast and Cablevision. Mr. Medaska has been able to combine his multimedia endeavors and educational drive to propel Distance Learning to the most advanced capabilities available. In 2012 he Produced and Directed his first major feature film, MP2V, which has garnered many accolades and a tremendous amount or recognition in the short time since its release. Mr. Medaska looks forward to helping education develop as we move forward in the 21st century.
