How to use the Engelhard 209 & 211 Smart Classroom Equipment

 To use your Laptop for Presentations              
      1.) Turn Projector on by pressing the "on" button on the projector remote control that is glued on top of the
           podium cabinet. * Note: remote control works on a line of sight for signal transfer, so you may need to
           tilt the podium top up or down to point the remote directly to the projector if the projector does not
           respond properly.

2.) Connect your Laptop to the Laptop audio and video cables.
3.)    Press the button labeled Laptop on the controller in the cabinet.
4.)    *** On the remote control press the source button.
5.) To adjust the audio volume, turn the volume knob on the controller in the podium.
6.)    *** When done …
7.)    Turn the Projector off by pressing the Green "Power On" button on the projector remote control.

To Playback a VHS Videotape
          1.)    Turn Projector on by pressing the Green "Power On" button on the projector remote control that is
                glued on top of the podium cabinet. * Note: remote control works on a line of sight for
                communication. You may need to tilt the podium top up or down to point the remote directly to
                the projector if the projector does not respond properly.

      2.)    To play a Video Tape - Turn on the VCR in the cabinet by pressing the Power on button.
3.)    On the controller in the cabinet, Press the button labeled VCR.
4.)    On the remote control press the source button.
5.)    To adjust the audio volume, turn the volume knob on the controller in the podium.
6.)    When done Eject your tape. Turn the VCR off.
7.)    Turn the Projector off by pressing the Green "Power On" button on the projector remote control.
