Interactive Television Classrooms
  
There are currently three Interactive Television Classrooms. 

The CENTER FOR LAW AND JUSTICE 202 is equipped with a Tandberg Codec and a document camera. It is setup for ISDN and IP Video-conferencing. This room is more of a conference style room. It has a seating capacity of 14.

The CENTER FOR LAW AND JUSTICE 392 seats a maximum of 50 people.  This classroom is equipped with a V-tel Codec; VHS VCR; a document camera capable of projecting plain paper information, transparencies, any 3-dimensional object, 35mm slides or negatives, all in either black and white or in color, and a printer/fax machine attached to a network connected Windows98 workstation with CD-ROM drive. Video-conferencing capabilities are not limited to point-to-point compressed ISDN connections, but also include full motion Interactive TV capabilities through the 45-megabit Bell Atlantic network.


CONKLIN 449 was recently re-equipped with a  Tandberg  Codec. It has  playback and  record VCRs, a DVD player, a networked computer, and a document camera. Maximum seating capacity for this classroom is 60. Video-conferencing abilities are limited to point-to-point connections through ISDN or through the IP network.

Classroom Rules:
· Keep classroom noise down, all classroom microphones are actively on.
· No eating in rooms. Food debris may harm the equipment.
